	Human resources are the most important asset to a company and a vital link to company organization. Besides actively recruiting high-quality talents to joint our ranks, we also think highly of training our existing employees. From in-house training to external and overseas (Japan) training, we arrange training courses and allocate budgets for their implementation, expecting that every employee will grow in the job and absorb new knowledge from work, becoming professionals and managers with comprehensive capabilities.
Orientation Training: Engaged in both general and professional training courses： 1. General Training: Includes company history, current organization, andcorporate development culture, business spirits, personnel regulations, policies, welfare system, getting to know industrial safety and health guidelines and general regulations as well as environment management systems, and presentation on environmental policies. 2. Professional Training: To be held by the respective recruiting units by setting up training program for the new recruits and carrying out a 3-month professional training.
On-the-job Training: Engaged in both general and professional training courses： The training includes quality control, fundamental of special skills, working methods, working environment, job description and corresponding responsibilities, occupational safety and daily livelihood consultations, etc..
Reserve Cadet Training： For sustained operation of the company, we will recruit and incubate reserve talents. These reserves will transfer between different units and actually participate and operate respective projects of the company. By getting trained in actual practices, every reserve shall have the opportunity to become a professional manager in Kenly.
