The blank for drawing, height of each draw and drawing coefficient, workpiece R angle, drawing gap, etc., can all be calculated for their initial values; further adjustments must be made based on experiences; therefore accumulation of actual experiences is extremely important.
Whether or not drawing dies are successfully developed depends on a proper engineering layout, abundant experiences in trial molding are equally important.
